ASSET REGISTER
Development & Maintenance

We develop customer specific asset registers reflecting the actual nature of equipment in your buildings as well as providing a record of the current condition and risk relating to obsolescence. The exercise includes:
– Developing a detailed list of equipment and listing key components, manufacturer, condition and obsolescence risk, budgeted replacement cost, estimated replacement period
– A maintenance quality report is produced as part of the process
– Equipment is checked to ensure conformance with health and Safety Act

QUALITY INSPECTIONS

Evaluation of quality delivered in line with contractual; commitments with photographic evidence to support conclusions reached
Evaluation of equipment condition
Evaluation of safety status with reference to: SANS 4344, 10360 and 14798 and new hoist regulations

CONDITION SURVEYS
Replacement or upgrade budgeting

Surveys are carried based on specific requirements of customers. A comprehensive report is produced for the customer’s benefit

Monitoring of maintenance performance against contract terms and penalty clauses and issuing penalty claims to service providers
